As a coffee aficionado, I know Ritz Coffee is located somewhere in an alley northwest of Guui Station. For public transport, exiting from Guui Station's Exit 2 is the quickest way. The shop is small and cozy. The menu is divided into regular items and specialty coffees. They offer five types of specialty coffee. A glance at the menu reveals that despite its small size, it's a coffee shop with its own unique style. I asked the barista for a pour-over recommendation, and they said they'd call the owner. Soon after, the owner appeared out of nowhere. You could tell right away they were a true enthusiast. They recommended Guatemala El Vergel beans, but then, after checking the bean bag, said there wasn't enough and instead recommended Ethiopian Geisha beans. With practiced ease, they brewed the coffee. I was reminded again that a pour-over coffee truly depends on the barista's touch. Geisha pairs wonderfully with ice. I was newly struck by how summer flavors could suit winter so well, thanks to the coffee brewed by this enthusiast. It’s all about the handiwork. When I remarked that I couldn't achieve such a flavor myself, they mentioned that they also teach customers how to brew pour-over coffee. The thought of learning from them, when our schedules aligned, wafted up with the aroma of the coffee. Even when I asked the staff for the exact location, they simply said it was somewhere in the alleys of Guui-dong. If you want to try an enthusiast's coffee in a shop somewhere in the alleys of Guui-dong, then it's Ritz Coffee.
