Hondi Brewing Station

The shop is located on the first floor of a commercial building near the hill, in the direction of Guryong Elementary School intersection from Yangjae-dong Poei intersection. The center of the store is sectioned off, with about 10 tables spaced comfortably. The composition of the road scenery outside the approximately 50cm square mosaic window at the front of the shop feels stable and comfortable. On the front table of the kitchen area inside, there are several brewing devices, and two baristas. In the shop, there's none of the familiar 'hiss' sound heard in other coffee shops; there's no espresso machine. All coffees are brewing style. Among the menu items, 'Hondi Branded' can be considered an Americano, and 'Cafe Au Lait' a latte. Besides coffee, there are various teas, which are not just filler menu items. The music in the shop is also calm, making it feel like a teahouse, not chaotic. I suspect the owner is someone who loves tea and perhaps approaches coffee from a tea-centric perspective. I ordered the Colombia El Paraiso Lychee coffee beans, which have a lovely fruity aroma. From the dark depths of the extracted liquid, a variety of sour and sweet aromas emerge. The shop's ambiance enhances the taste and aroma of the coffee. Yangjaecheon Stream is close to the shop. A walk along Yangjaecheon and a clean cup of coffee at Hondi Brewing Station seems like a good combination for relaxation.
