Necessary Coffee

Necessary Coffee in Irwon-dong is located on the first floor of the restaurant street across from Samsung Hospital. Inside the shop, behind the kitchen, there's a roasting machine area. The aroma of roasting coffee is fragrant but reportedly not overly strong. Displayed in the cabinets on the left and right walls are the beans and desserts for sale, and both male and female baristas are at work. When ordering coffee, I chose the Ethiopian Guji Shakiso Momora Natural bean, known as an organic bean with good acidity, sweetness, and aroma. Upon tasting the coffee, I noticed a gentle acidity and a variety of flavors. The sweetness was perceptible through my sense of smell, and as the cup neared empty, a sweet and rich aroma emerged. The shop's atmosphere is described as simple and comfortable, slightly bustling but not disorganized. With its relaxed ambiance, offering a variety of beans and desserts, it is introduced as an essential coffee spot for office workers and residents in Irwon-dong.
