The roasting room includes a smoking room. At first glance, they seem to be together, but they are partitioned by glass. It seems like a long time since I've seen a coffee shop with a smoking room. The ventilation must be good, as there's no smell of tobacco inside. The sight of people smoking from within the shop is quite unique. I wonder what it feels like for someone smoking inside the smoking room. The shop has many male customers of various ages. In the quite spacious shop, the middle-aged owner works alone, bringing coffee to your table. The menu is extensive, even offering hand-drip coffee. During lunchtime, the shop was full of people. I watch the owner take orders and bring coffee to the tables. The owner doesn't seem busy at all. Why does he even look relaxed? The hand-drip coffees are categorized into three price points: Special, Premium, and Platinum. I chose Colombia Huila Supremo, a bean in the Special category. The owner walks about 10 meters from the kitchen to place the coffee cup down. I didn't ask specifically about the coffee. The iced coffee was less cool in winter. The flavor wasn't strong; it was pleasant. I look at the owner. The owner is probably a drip coffee enthusiast and a smoker. Cafe Dyne is a cafe that people who enjoy both coffee and tobacco in Yeoksam-dong will particularly love.
