The shop is a short walk into an alley in the commercial district from Yeoksam Station Exit 6. Like most shops these days, it only has a small, leaf-shaped signboard, but with its full glass front and right side, it's immediately clear that it's a coffee shop. The interior is more spacious than it appears from outside, offering plenty of seating. During lunchtime, two young baristas swiftly take customers' orders. Youth, indeed, is quick. While I usually order an iced Americano, this shop specializes in brewed coffee, offering five different beans. From these, I ordered the Ethiopia Momora, which has a slight acidity. Looking out the window, the space is entirely filled with falling snow. Inside, it's warm, with everyone immersed in their own stories, while outside, heavy snow falls – a perfect day to accompany delicious coffee. My coffee arrived. In a word, it's delicious. It's a bean with acidity and cleanliness, meeting the conditions of a specialty coffee. Of course, the barista's skillful brewing is fundamental. As I stepped out into the snowy street, I bid farewell, promising to try the Geisha blend next time. It was a day made fresh by the baristas' smiles.
