The shop is close to Suwon Station, situated amidst apartments and large commercial buildings. The shop's atmosphere is simple, dominated by white. Across from the kitchen is the roasting machine area, and there is one male and one female barista. There are three types of beans available, and I ordered the Brazil Burundi bean, recommended by the barista, as an iced coffee. The cup notes listed were green tangerine, rye, pear, and walnut. My first impression was a well-balanced flavor, and as I drank a bit more, the complex flavors became more discernible. To sum it up, the taste is rich and clean, with a subtly charming coffee aroma. Cafe Beolteo is a roastery coffee shop close to the station where one can quietly and comfortably enjoy coffee.
