I returned to Gyeongnidan-gil in Yongsan after almost 15 years.

The street is charming, and many pretty shops have opened. While there are a few new buildings, most are old. The businesses and shops in the buildings have changed. I don't particularly remember what was here before, so I assume they were just local shops.

Tiger Espresso, located on the street, is owned by a somewhat older woman of small stature. She isn't very talkative. The small cup on a blue saucer has a 20th-century style. The entrance door is set at an angle, and the kitchen and counter are about one pyong (approx. 3.3 sqm) to the right. To the left, there's a window table and three small round tables along the wall.

The flat white's initial taste was similar to Six Degrees in Seongsu-dong.

It's a neighborhood shop that, though not flashy, offers an old-fashioned sensibility. I'm told it's been here for 8 years.
